Rebuilding specialists from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) are offering safe cleanup and rebuilding advice in Wyoming, McDowell and Logan counties this week. The specialists provide advice and printed information to residents affected by the June flooding and to anyone who wants to strengthen their property against future storm damage.
